| A native of the Los Angeles area, Stephen Tillotson moved to the Northwest thirty years ago to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. Following a twenty-year career in transportation and warehouse management he began a career in management consulting. From 2002-2004 he was a staff consultant with George S. May International Company, the largest U.S.-based strategic consulting firm specializing in small to medium-sized businesses.
In 2004, after completing his second year as a Project Director and Senior Staff Executive, Stephen Tillotson was recognized as the George S. May Staff Executive of the Year for the Western Area. The following year Mr. Tillotson joined Steele Development Corp., a consulting firm specializing in small business turnarounds in the Northwest.
Having worked with over 120 owners and principals of small to medium-sized companies, Stephen has developed a unique perspective and understanding of the solutions which small business owners must master in order to position their business for recovery, improvement and continued growth and success.
