+1 MARGINAL: Periodic profitability interrupts frequent losses. Unable to sustain and maintain consistent performance. Inadequate cash to meet seasonality demands. Needs management assistance to remain profitable.
+2 AVERAGE: Average performer but unable to take advantage of market opportunities. Inconsistent quality contributes to erosion in potential sales and reduced profits. Costs of operating line of credit to cover seasonality demands erodes profitability. Needs assistance to identify root causes, improve internal quality controls and increase profits.
+3 LEADER: Top industry performer, sets the pace. Cost and quality controls are in place and uniformly observed. Able to compete profitably at a middle to high price point. Congratulations on the great results from your team's hard work!
