We have also put a management team together for each new department with certain duties and responsibilities. We now have guidelines for our sales staff and also forecasting for future sales, and have also put in place an incentive program for all of our employees.
The expected dollar benefit for what has been done is $100,000. I feel that if we apply what we have been taught we can achieve this amount. Our personnel have been trained in the use of the new system and feels fairly comfortable with it. I am satisfied with the results and look forward to future benefits. I am, howver, extremely pleased with Stephen Tillotson. He has worked extremely hard on this project to ensure that it was done properly and with professionalism. He is also very experienced in business management and has taught me personally many tools to use for the betterment of my company.
