Eval Plus! Inside-Out Analysis

Our proprietary inside-out analysis of employee opinions provides CEO's with an unfiltered view of the way employees see themselves, their managers and the company. Developed by three behavioral PhD's, this confidential on-line questionnaire provides employees with a unique opportunity to anonymously report on their perceptions, views and beliefs regarding their company and management's performance. Our written analysis and report compares the resulting scores to those predicted by the CEO to present an unbiased assessment of the perception gap between executive management and the workforce.
